Prof. Dr. Creusen skillfully adapts the methods of Positive Psychology for companies. Through his involvement, we were able to significantly increase the quality of teamwork on top management level. We were impressed by the individual and flexible approach, which also consequently pursued the agreed goals.

For me, Prof. Dr. Creusen is the protagonist regarding corporate Positive Psychology. He transferred Positive Leadership, which is a very successful concept in the USA, to Europe and adapted it for corporate practices. We frequently benefit from his competences in team development projects on board level, e.g. in a process of strength orientation in a DAX-listed company. That way, we were able to significantly improve the teamwork. The methodological expertise as well as the practice of finding the right approach in collaboration with the customers is particularly impressive. We highly recommend Positive Leadership as method for change and cultural development.

In the past few years, Prof. Dr. Creusen also initiated a process of strength orientation within the management team of the Douglas Group by applying the methods of Positive Leadership. Together we were able to carve out individual as well as team strengths and to capitalize on them better than before.
